We want you to love your Official Marshmello gear, but if you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to track your return journey back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
